What Stewardship asks
A Steward accepts a covenant: to carry Sankofa's discipline into rooms and decisions where the institution itself is not present. That means reading before speaking, testing every proposal against the Sankofa Lens, and recognising that ownership must always end with the community.
Interest is not entry. Applications are read in seasons, and invitations follow conversation, not application forms. This form simply opens the door.
